This is a Dough Xpress DXE-W automatic 18" pizza dough press. The serial # is 869-1168. It is 1 phase and 120 volts. This dough press can press balls of dough into pizzas up to 18" in diameter without the need for flour. This unit can be used for cold pressing or hot with it's heated upper platen. Set the time, temperature, and thickness and the let the dough press do the rest! The overall dimensions are 18" L x 25" D x 25" H.

All of the items listed ship by common carrier freight truck unless otherwise listed. This will require a loading dock or forklift to recieve the shipment or you will need to pay an additional charge for a lift gate on the truck. Freight companies also charge additional fees for residential deliveries. We will need all of this information prior to offering a quote for freight. We will need the business name, address and phone number prior to the item shipping. We cannot ship the item without a phone number.
