This is a Cleveland OES 6.10 Mini half-size combi-oven. The serial # is 1308230000810. It is 3 phase, 208 volts and 15.7 amps. This is a broilerless steamer with a spritzer steam source. It features standard programmable controls for temperature, time and core probe, 250 recipe program capacity, cooking modes for hot air, steam, combi, re-therm, cook and hold, "Delta T" slow cooking and "Crisp & Tasty". It can hold up to 3 steam table pans, 3 half-size sheet pans, or three 12 x 20 wire fry baskets.

All of the items listed ship by common carrier freight truck unless otherwise listed. This will require a loading dock or forklift to recieve the shipment or you will need to pay an additional charge for a lift gate on the truck.
