This is a Middleby Marshall CTX G-26 double stack infrared conveyor ovens. The serial # of the upper oven is 058611200 and the serial # of the lower oven is 055411000. These ovens are 1 phase and 208 volts. Each oven pulls a maximum of 34 amps for a total of 68 amps. The infrared technology cooks pizzas and heats pre-cooked foods but it is best known for its ability to cook raw meats with no grease splatter while sealing in moisture. These infrared ovens will not dry out your food. The overall dimensions are 52" W x 26" D x 36" H.
